Full access to MARKOTS website accorded to registered users is for the intention of facilitating the placement of orders, payment and tracking of jobs & campaigns.
Any other use is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of access privileges.
Full payment including shipping and handling is required prior to any order execution. Once an order is placed and processed, it may not be cancelled. All sales are final and no refunds will be entertained unless asked the same business day and provided work has not advanced on the order.
Please ensure you own the rights to all content, photos, images used in your projects. You hold us indemnified against any costs resulting from violation of copyright or other intellectual property rights of any individual.
California order for print products where customer takes delivery of material (not advertising campaigns where we execute the complete project) is subject to sales tax.
Tax exempt entities should provide us with copy of exemption certificate.
By nature of the color printing process, there may be some variation between the proof and the final output. You accept that such reasonable variations may occur.
Delivery times apply from the time the proof is approved. Shipment is usually by UPS Ground. Delays can occur at production or during shipment for reasons beyond our control. Please allow some buffer time for all your projects.
